Chhapra: The process of PG enrollment and examination form has been started simultaneously in Jaiprakash University Chapra. The process of filling the enrollment and examination forms for PG second semester session 2023-25 is going on simultaneously in all the PG departments of the colleges. Before filling the examination form, students will have to complete their enrollment as per the prescribed procedure, after which they will be able to fill the examination form.
Subject wise fee fixed
Because this session is running very late, the notification for filling the enrollment and examination forms has been issued immediately after the declaration of the first semester examination results. However, second semester classes were started in colleges only after the completion of the first semester examinations. According to the information received from the Student Welfare Department, subject wise fees have been fixed for enrollment in the second semester. The fee fixed for students of Political Science, Economics, Hindi, English, Urdu, Mathematics, Commerce, Philosophy, Culture and History subjects is Rs 2075. Whereas for Physics, Chemistry, Psychology, Botany, Zoology, Geography, the enrollment fee has been fixed at Rs 2575.
Second semester examination will be held in January
Fees for SC, ST and other category students are also fixed by the examination department. The enrollment fee for all categories of students has been fixed at only Rs 25. Enrollment fee has to be paid in online mode. If you want to fill the nomination form, it is also available on the university website. After filling the form in online mode, all the documents along with the fee receipt will have to be attached and verified in the department. If students wish, they can fill the nomination and examination forms together and get them verified in the departments. The fee for the examination form is also being deposited in online mode. For the subjects in which there is practical exam, Rs 100 will be charged and for the subjects in which there is no practical, Rs 700 will be charged.
Exam schedule will be released
According to the information received, the process of filling the form will be completed by December 10. After this the exam schedule will be released. The exam is likely to be held in the first week of January. Controller of Examinations Dr Ashok Kumar Mishra said that the PG session 2023-25 is lagging behind by two years. This session should have been completed by now, but the second semester examination is yet to be held. He told that this session will be completed by July 2026.
According to Controller of Examinations Dr. Ashok Kumar, after the second semester examination, the third semester examination will also be conducted immediately. Exams are being conducted at short intervals. In such a situation, additional classes are also being conducted in colleges to ensure that the students complete their syllabus. Students are also being taught in online mode. Jaiprakash University is continuously conducting examinations regarding the session which is running behind, so that the session of Jaiprakash University can be regularized.
