Megatronics students of NTTF College, Jamshedpur have created FULSUN QQS DELTA 3D PRINTER, which costs only ₹ 50,000. Which can produce high quality parts faster.
jamshedpurThe students of Megatronics Department of NTTF College, Jamshedpur have done such work, which even big companies prepare at huge cost, While 3D printing machines are sold in the market for lakhs of rupees, these students have designed a fully functional FULSUN QQS DELTA 3D PRINTER at a cost of just ₹ 50,000, This project is not only an example of technical prowess but also shows the innovation potential of the youth and their ability to create great solutions in a low budget,
NTTF student Kislay told Local 18 that he noticed that common people have to go out to get components made for small machinery or household appliances. Many times the machine remains shut down for a long time due to a small part. This problem is not limited to Jamshedpur or India only, but people all over the world face this problem. Seeing this problem, he thought why not make a 3D printer that can produce components easily and quickly at low cost.
Capable of producing high quality precision parts
Following this thinking, his team did everything itself from design, modeling to electronic setup. Despite facing many technical challenges, the students developed a printer that can easily make components ranging from small to large sizes. This printer is capable of producing high quality precision parts, which can prove useful in engineering, electronics, medical modeling, architecture and education fields.
Has the ability to solve immediately
3D printers of such quality are easily sold in the market for ₹ 70,000 to ₹ 80,000, while big brand companies sell the same technology for lakhs of rupees. In such a situation, this printer made by the students is not only economical, but also has the ability to provide immediate solutions at the local level. This will allow small businesses, startups, workshops and people doing hobby projects to easily make precision parts at low cost.
This innovation of students can bring a big change in both technical education and industry sectors in future. This project proves that with the right guidance, understanding of technology and hard work, big dreams can be achieved even in a low budget.
