Agra: The prevalence of packaged food has increased in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Not only in Agra, but people in every state are using it. Packet food is used for a long time. Doctors say that packet food can prove fatal. Many diseases start knocking in the body due to packet food. Doctors say that such chemicals are added in packet food which do not allow the food to spoil for a long time, but when such foods are eaten, it causes huge damage to the cells inside the body. Such foods fill the stomach, but the body does not get the necessary proteins, vitamins and minerals. Such packet food increases the chances of diseases like obesity, diabetes, blood pressure, food poisoning etc.
Dangerous chemicals in packaged foods
Senior doctor of Agra, Dr. Prof. Dinesh Singh Rathore told that packaged foods are very harmful for health. He said that such chemicals are added to packaged foods which prevent the food from spoiling for a long time. These chemicals work to kill bacteria in food. The doctor said that when such foods are eaten, it damages the cells present in the body. Eating like this increases obesity. Being obese increases the chances of getting diabetes, blood pressure and other serious diseases.
The body does not get protein and vitamins
Senior doctor Dinesh Singh Rathore said that the body does not get substances like protein, vitamins, calcium and minerals from packaged foods. If the body does not get protein and vitamins, it causes harm. He said that fresh home-cooked food is very important for the body. Simple home-made food provides abundant amounts of proteins and vitamins. The doctor said that eating home-made food does not have any side effects. Healthy food is very beneficial for health. One should stay away from packet foods as much as possible.
