Himachal Weather Update: These days, due to change in weather in Himachal Pradesh, minimum mercury has started falling again. In such a situation, the nights have started getting even colder in Lahaul Spiti. The lowest minimum temperature of this season was recorded in Tabo on Tuesday minus – 8.0 degrees Celsius. Due to falling mercury in Lahaul valley, water sources have also started freezing. Whereas if we talk about the plain areas, there was dense fog in Bilaspur, Sundernagar and Mandi on Tuesday. So far this season, the minimum mercury has dropped below 5 degrees Celsius at many places. In such a situation, the minimum temperature has fallen below 5 degrees Celsius in 16 cities of the state.
What will be the warning regarding the coming days?
A new weak Western Disturbance may affect the Western Himalayan regions from December 5. In such a situation, according to Sandeep Sharma, scientist of Meteorological Center, Shimla, there is a possibility of light rain/snowfall at some places in the central and high mountain areas of the state on December 5 and 7. During this period, the effect of weather will be seen in Chamba, Kangra, Kullu and Lahaul Spiti. There is a possibility of dry weather in the remaining days of the week. There is likely to be no major change in the minimum temperature during the next 24 hours. There is a possibility of increase in minimum temperature in the next 2 to 3 days. There is a possibility of dense fog in some parts of Bilaspur and Mandi in the morning on 3rd and 4th December. In such a situation, the weather will remain dry in the state till December 8.

Now the minimum temperature has started falling further in Himachal Pradesh. In such a situation, the lowest minimum temperature of minus -8.0 degree Celsius was recorded in Tabo on Tuesday. Besides, a drop in minimum temperature is also being seen in other places of the state. Minimum temperature in Shimla was 5.0, Sundernagar 3.7, Bhuntar 3.0, Kalpa 0.0, Una 5.2, Nahan 10.3, Palampur 4.0, Solan 2.4, Manali 2.7, Kangra 5.5, Mandi 5.1, Bilaspur 7.5, Hamirpur 4.0, 6.0 in Jubbarhatti, 3.1 in Kufri, minus-2.7 in Kukumseri, 2.4 in Narkanda, 2.2 in Reckong Peo, 3.5 in Seubag, 4.5 in Barthin, 10.0 in Paonta Sahib, 5.0 in Sarahan, 6.0 in Dehra Gopipur, 9.7 in Neri, and 9.7 in Bajaura. The minimum temperature was 3.5 degrees Celsius.
