Material:
1 cup hot milk
½ teaspoon turmeric
1 pinch black pepper powder
1 teaspoon honey or jaggery (to taste)
1-2 saffron strands if desired
How to make:
First of all heat the milk lightly. Add turmeric and black pepper to it and mix well. After taking it off the gas, add honey or jaggery to it. Keep in mind that always mix honey in lukewarm milk and not in boiling milk. If you want, you can also add one or two saffron strands for taste and health benefits. Drink this drink 30 minutes before sleeping at night, it reduces swelling in the body and strengthens the immune system.
