How to make powdered peas
Material
To make Chura Matar, you need very basic things. It includes chura (poha), peanuts, green fresh peas, 2-3 onions, green chilli, red chilli, curry leaves, ginger, lemon, green coriander.
Chura Matar Recipe
– First of all, put some mustard oil in a pan and roast half a cup of peanuts in it.
– Now put some mustard oil in the same pan, add 1 red chilli and some curry leaves, after frying lightly, fry 2 cups of poha in it on medium flame till it becomes light brown. This may take you 10-15 minutes.
-Then mix the roasted peanuts well and keep it in a separate vessel. At this stage you also have to add light salt.
-After this, pour oil in the pan and lightly fry finely chopped onion, ginger pieces and green chillies. Add 2 cups of peas in it and fry it too.
– When the onion starts turning light brown, add chaat masala or lemon juice to it.
– Now turn off the flame and then mix it well with the roasted poha. Lastly add finely chopped coriander on it. Your tasty and healthy breakfast is ready.
