For this, raw bananas – 3, wheat flour – 2 cups, onion – 1 chopped, ginger piece 1 inch, green chillies – 2, chopped coriander – a little, cumin seeds – 1 tsp, whole coriander – 1 tsp, chaat masala – 1 tsp, ghee – 1 tsp are required for moyan, salt, oil or thea – for baking.

The method of making this paratha is very simple. First of all, peel the raw bananas and boil them in a cooker or vessel with water until they become soft. Now when they cool down, mash them well. After this, prepare a tasty mixture by coarsely grinding onion, coriander, green chilli, ginger, cumin and whole coriander. Now take flour in a big vessel, add ghee to it, then add chaat masala, salt and prepared masala. Now add mashed bananas to it and knead a soft and smooth dough. Apart from this, add some water only when required, then apply light ghee on the dough and keep it covered for five minutes so that the dough sets well.
After this, make balls of dough and roll the parathas. Now heat the pan, apply ghee or oil on both the sides and cook the parathas until golden, crisp and cooked well. After this, the soft flour of banana and the aroma of spices together make the paratha very tasty. These parathas taste delicious in breakfast or lunch. Their taste increases even more when served with hot curd, pickle, chutney or any favorite vegetable.
