Under this, today we will tell you about making Saladi Ghuska, a dish made from rice flour.
Saladi Ghuska is prepared similarly to Chhattisgarh’s famous dish Ghuska Roti which is made from rice flour. Which is made by adding onion, tomato, coriander, green chilli, turmeric, cumin and salt along with rice flour, which tastes very tasty.
How to make Saladi Ghuska
• To make Saladi Dhuska Roti, first chop onion, tomato and coriander finely. If you want, you can also finely chop green chillies and keep it in it.
• After that, take rice flour in a vessel, now add salt as per taste, after that add turmeric powder, cumin and spice powder, now after that add finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander on top.
• Now after that, add water little by little to this rice flour and mix it all well together, taking care that it is neither too wet nor too dry, mix in such a way that a ball is formed to put in the pan.
• Now turn on the gas and keep the pan. After the pan gets hot, apply oil in it. After that, take a slightly wet ball of rice flour in the pan and spread it in a round, light pearl shape in the pan. After that cover it with a lid and let it cook on low flame.
• Now after 05 to 07 minutes, remove the lid and apply oil on the roti and turn the roti and then let it roast on the other side as well. After it gets lightly roasted on both the sides, your Chhattisgarh’s delicious Saladi Dhuska Roti is ready. You can enjoy it with tomato chutney or vegetable.
• The special thing about this Saladi Ghuska Roti is that you can eat it with pleasure even without any vegetable or chutney, because spicy onion, tomato, coriander and turmeric masala are already added to it.
