At present, Bathua greens are being sold in the market for Rs 40 per 250 grams, Khesari greens are being sold for around Rs 140 per kg and gram greens are being sold for Rs 150 per kg. Right now the prices are high due to less supply, but as the cold increases, the prices will fall.
Mustard greens are rich in Vitamin A, C, B, minerals, protein and also contain antioxidants. It is very beneficial for heart patients. It is a panacea for diseases like constipation, sugar, jaundice.
