At present, Bathua greens are being sold in the market for Rs 40 per 250 grams, Khesari greens are being sold for around Rs 140 per kg and gram greens are being sold for Rs 150 per kg. Right now the prices are high due to less supply, but as the cold increases, the prices will fall.

Mustard greens are rich in Vitamin A, C, B, minerals, protein and also contain antioxidants. It is very beneficial for heart patients. It is a panacea for diseases like constipation, sugar, jaundice.

Protein, carbohydrate, fiber and omega three are found in abundance in spinach. Due to very low calories in spinach, it reduces BP and keeps the heart safe. Strengthens the immunity of the body. At present its price in Patna market is Rs 40 per kg.

Many medicinal properties are found in Bathua greens. It is rich in Vitamin A, Calcium and Potassium. Consuming it reduces the risk of gas, constipation and stomach pain.

Folic acid, vitamin B6, potassium, iron phosphorus and calcium are found in large quantities in fenugreek. Along with controlling sugar, it strengthens digestion. In Patna it is Rs 120 per kg.

It is also very easy to make these. In a hot pan, add light oil, cumin seeds and cut the leaves and add them. It gets cooked automatically in some time. This dish can be prepared in minutes.
