Rakesh Gangwal was born on 25 July 1952. He did engineering from IIT Kanpur and MBA from Wharton School. After this, he worked in high positions in big companies like Boeing, Air France and Worldspan Technologies. Not only this, he has also donated Rs 100 crore to his college IIT Kanpur. Currently he lives in Miami city of America. His daughter Parul is also a businesswoman and is running her own business.
