Indradat Lakhanpal raised questions on the police and said that what work is the police department doing regarding Chitta, because apart from Chitta in Badsar, the liquor mafia is doing illegal work day and night and the police remains a silent spectator. He said that the police has tried to tarnish my image in this case, which is not right.
Lakhanpal also questioned the functioning of the police administration and said that in this matter, SP Hamirpur has called somewhere and asked to make this news viral. He said that the police is limited to issuing challans only and said that this kind of functioning of the police will not be tolerated. Indradat Lakhanpal said that during the time of previous governments, strict laws regarding drugs were made, but now the laws are being openly flouted. Children of VIP people are not caught by the police and the police should work honestly in these cases.

The accused was caught by the police from the forest and a scale for weighing the drug was also found on him.
