Ingredients for making papad vegetable
– 6-7 papads
– finely chopped onions
– Chopped tomatoes or tomato puree
– Green chilly
– Ginger-garlic paste
– Curd
– Cream
– chilli powder
– coriander powder
– Turmeric
– Cumin
How to make papad vegetable
– Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and chopped onion. Fry it until it turns light red.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and fry until aroma comes. Then add tomato puree and cook until oil separates from the spices.
– Lower the flame and mix the curd well so that it does not curdle. Add 2 spoons of cream and mix well.
– Fry the papads in oil until they become slightly crisp, then break them into pieces.
– Add the papad pieces to the curry and mix gently.
– Lastly, garnish with coriander leaves and serve with roti or rice.
Keep these things in mind
– To prevent the curd from curdling, cook it on low flame.
– Add spices as per taste.
To make the papads lighter, you can also roast them on a pan instead of frying them.
