Ingredients for making Mandve ka Fanu
To make Mandve ka Fanu, you need some ingredients. It includes 1 cup of Mandva flour (Ragi flour), 2 cups of water, salt as per taste, 1-2 spoons of ghee and bhang chutney or light dal for serving.
Method of making Mandve Fanu
First of all, dissolve the Mandwa flour thoroughly in water so that no lumps remain. After this, cook it on low flame while stirring continuously. It is important to stir it continuously so that the mixture does not curdle and become thick. When the mixture becomes thick and has the consistency of phadu, add salt as per taste and some ghee in it. Hot Fadu is ready. Serve it with bhang chutney, ghee or light dal. This dish is prepared quickly and is light but tasty.
