Patna: The 359th Prakash Parv of the tenth Guru of Sikhs, Shri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Maharaj will be celebrated in a grand manner. Keeping in view the possibility of lakhs of devotees from India and abroad coming to Patna Sahib, Railways has taken an important decision. From December 19 to January 2, 2026, 19 pairs of trains will have a temporary stoppage of 2 minutes at Patna Sahib station. This will provide great relief to passengers coming from Jharkhand, Delhi, Amritsar, Punjab, West Bengal and North-Eastern states.

Train number 12361 Asansol-Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal Mumbai Express has been allowed to stop from 23:57 to 23:59 hrs and its return train 12362 Mumbai-Asansol Express has been allowed to stop from 13:54 to 13:56 hrs.
Train number 12545 Raxaul-Lokmanya Tilak Karmabhoomi Express will stop from 23:57 to 23:59 hrs and train number 12546 Lokmanya Tilak-Raxaul Karmabhoomi Express will stop from 22:49 to 22:51 hrs.
Train number 14223 Rajgir-Varanasi Buddhapurnima Express will stop from 22:59 to 23:01 hrs and its up train train number 14224 will stop from 03:31 to 03:33 hrs.
Trains connecting Northeast India and Delhi
Train number 15483 Alipurduar-Delhi Sikkim Mahananda Express, an important train connecting North-East India and Delhi, will stop at Patna Sahib station from 00:53 to 00:55 while in the return direction, train number 15484 will stop at Patna Sahib station from 00:53 to 00:55. Train number 12333 Howrah-Prayagraj Rambagh Vibhuti Express will stop from 03:26 to 03:28 hrs and train number 12334 will stop from 22:58 to 23:00 hrs.
