Material
Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
Green chilli – 2
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Mint leaves – ½ cup
Coriander leaves – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Salt – as per taste
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Sugar or jaggery – 1 teaspoon (optional)
Method of preparation
Prepare pomegranate seeds
First of all, take out the pomegranate seeds and wash them thoroughly. Put them in the mixer and grind them lightly. If you want, you can filter the seeds and use only the juice.

Add mint, coriander, green chilli and ginger in the mixer. Also add pomegranate juice or seeds.

Add salt, roasted cumin powder and lemon juice. If you like light sweetness then you can also add sugar or jaggery.
