Pet Care Tips: Parvo virus is most active during the winter season. It spreads rapidly from one dog to another. This virus spreads as soon as an infected dog comes in contact with another dog. Dr. Salil Kumar Pathak told that this virus spreads through the feces of infected dogs, their food or coming in contact with them. Dogs stop eating and drinking after getting infected with it. They vomit again and again. They start having diarrhea. Its symptom is bleeding in diarrhea. The dog infected with this becomes extremely weak in just two to three days, therefore, if symptoms appear, you should immediately contact the veterinary hospital. To avoid this virus, walk dogs in a clean place. They must get the vaccine to prevent parvo.
