Some bullies of the village first abused Rambodh Musahar with caste based abuses, then after entering the house the accused pulled the women by their hair, dragged them outside and beat them with sticks, kicks and punches. It is alleged that during this period, when some people tried to intervene, the bullies also abused them.
At the same time, the victim’s family alleges that when they reached Lambhua police station, the station in-charge not only refused to register the FIR but also scolded them and chased them away. Now the desperate family finally appealed to the state in-charge minister Omprakash Rajbhar for justice. More than a dozen people of Musahar Basti reached the PWD guest house and complained about the entire incident. Let us tell you that this case is of Ranipur village of Lambhua police station area.
What is the whole matter?
Rambodh Musahar was sitting at home around 7 in the morning. Meanwhile, Uttam Singh and Vipul Singh of the village came and said, ‘Come, we have to thresh paddy in our field’. Rambodh refused expressing his inability. Then both of them got angry and ran to kill Rambodh by abusing him with caste based abuses. Rambodh somehow saved his life and ran away from there.
After some time, Rajkumar Singh alias Raju reached Rambodh’s house along with Pradeep Singh, Shivmohan alias Bholu, Mangal Sharma and 5-6 others. It is alleged that he dragged Sangeeta, daughter Bindu and son Sachin out of the house. The accused grabbed the women by their hair, threw them on the ground and beat them with sticks and kicks.
Rampiare Musahar of the village, who came to the rescue, was also given caste based abuses. According to the victims, the main accused Rajkumar Singh alias Raju had already assaulted them several times. After the matter came to light, the police took cognizance and assured investigation and action.
