He told that biryani is dry, whereas chaur bhaja is a little juicy. It is made in wet type by mixing rice and chicken, hence people are liking its taste more. Chaur Bhaja is already very much liked in rural areas, because Biryani is not much liked there. At the same time, the city residents like Biryani, but now after tasting Chaur Bhaja, they have started liking it too.
Sanjay Kumar Sao told that he has three shops in Jagdalpur, the first is located in Dharampura number 3, the second is located in Lalbagh Housing Board Colony and the third is located in Chhapar Bhanpuri. A restaurant has been started in Bastar to make the city residents taste the taste of Chaur Bhaja, which is getting good response from the city residents. Every day 250 to 300 plates of Chaur Bhaja are sold from the three shops. The price of one plate is Rs 80.
