Police have detained one accused, while three accused are absconding. It is being told that this dispute took place over the seat. The police is investigating the matter.
According to the information, last night some youth from Haryana created a ruckus in Kullu bus stand due to not getting seats and broke the glass of Volvo bus. This incident happened around 10:45 pm. The concerned Volvo bus was going from Manali towards Delhi. There was a commotion on the spot after the incident. It is being told that three youths accused of stone pelting are absconding, while one youth has been taken into custody by the police. The police is investigating the matter.

A video of this incident that took place near Kullu bus stand has also surfaced. Some youths are seen pelting stones at the bus. A young man is throwing stones and two other young men are standing with him. During this, a person from inside the bus asks to make a video. However, later the accused youth absconds from the spot. But his entire action has been captured on camera.
