Sitamarhi: Guardians Security Solutions Limited and Skill India are jointly launching a special recruitment drive in Sitamarhi district of Bihar. In this recruitment to be done under the Pasara Act 2005 of the Government of India, selection will be made on the posts of security personnel and security supervisor. The annual turnover of the company is more than four thousand crores and more than nine thousand permanent employees are associated with it, due to which enthusiasm is being seen among the candidates. Candidates appearing for the recruitment are required to bring educational certificates, two passport photographs, photocopy of Aadhar card and registration fee of Rs 300.
Minimum qualification for all posts
The minimum qualification for the post of security jawan has been fixed as 10th pass, age limit is 18 to 40 years and height is 165 cm. Whereas for the post of Security Supervisor, graduation along with NCC is mandatory. The age limit has been fixed at 21 to 37 years and height at 170 cm. The weight standard for both the posts is 50 to 90 kg. Talking about the pay scale, security jawan will be given Rs 18,500 and security supervisor will be given Rs 22,500 per month.
What facilities will be available
The company will provide many facilities to the employees like PF, ESI, medical, gratuity, group insurance, loan, mess-accommodation at concessional rates, annual salary increase and insurance up to Rs. 10 lakhs. Candidates will also be given training after selection, which includes 15 days training for security personnel and two months training for supervisors. During this, they will be given necessary information related to physical ability, discipline, mental preparation and safety skills. After appointment, as per the requirements of the company, one can be deployed in Government of India, State Government, big industrial institutions, hotels, banks, hospitals, ATMs, airports and international establishments.

The recruitment campaign will continue from December 1 to December 27, 2025 in various police stations and OP premises of the district. It will start from Mahindwara OP. After this, recruitment camps will be organized in Choraut, Bhittha, Dumra, Bairagnia, Majorganj, Town, Parisauni, Belsand, Pupri, Nanpur, Sursand, Parihar, Riga, Bela, Sonbarsa, Kanhauli, Mehsaul and Suppi respectively.
