Samastipur News: Love proved costly for a couple in Samastipur’s Moosapur village. Actually, the love affair between Manjay Kumar and a married woman turned violent. The villagers beat up the young man. After this, he shaved his head, cut off half his moustache, and then took him around the village. Its video went viral. Police is busy investigating the matter.
Samastipur: In Moosapur village of Ghatho police station area of Samastipur district, the matter of love affair suddenly took a violent turn, when a young man reached the village to meet his married girlfriend. The local people saw both of them in a suspicious situation and immediately caught hold of the young man and started beating him. The matter did not stop here, the angry villagers shaved the young man’s head, cut off half his mustache and paraded him around the entire village. During this time, the young man kept clarifying again and again that he had married a woman in Delhi, but the villagers did not listen to him. The video of the incident is rapidly going viral on social media and this matter has become a topic of discussion in the area.
The arrested youth, Manjay Kumar, is said to be a resident of Mahnar village of Vaishali district, who was living in Delhi for some years. During this time, he met a married woman from Musapur, who worked in the same area. The closeness between the two grew and the woman started living with Manjay in Delhi without the knowledge of her husband. When Chhath festival approached, the woman’s husband called her to the village. After reaching the village, the woman sent a message to her lover Manjay to come to Musapur to meet him. As soon as the two met, the villagers caught them and the dispute escalated. This secret story of love affair turned into a big uproar as soon as they returned to the village.
Now the police is also investigating
As soon as the video of the case went viral, the police also became active. Ghatho police station chief Rajneesh Ranjan said that as soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and freed the youth from the crowd and brought him to the police station. The youth was very scared and was constantly talking about going to his home, due to which he was safely sent to his home in Vaishali. Police say that the youth has not yet given any written complaint. If the complaint is not received, then FIR will be registered on the basis of the statement of the watchman. Along with this, preparations are also being made to take legal action against the people who made the video viral. Police are calling the matter serious but completely related to love affair.
