How to make Cheela Roti
• To make cheela roti, first take rice flour in a vessel and add a little salt as per taste.
• Now after that slowly add water to this flour and mix it with hands, this rice flour solution has to be kept very thin, just like the solution is made for making Dosa.
• Now turn on the gas and heat the pan in it, when the pan gets hot, apply a little oil in it, now with the help of a big spoon or a small bowl, pour the rice flour solution on the pan while rotating the solution slowly.
• Now after that cover it with a lid and let it cook on low flame for a minute, now lift the lid and apply oil on the cheela roti and then turn it. After turning the roti, let it cook on low flame for some time till it turns golden.
• Now your crisp and hot cheela roti is ready. You can eat it with tomato chutney, chilli chutney or vegetables with great relish.
