Material:
250 grams parwal
1 onion
2-3 garlic cloves (optional)
1 radish
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 Amla or Mango Pickle
4-5 dried chillies
salt as per taste
mustard oil
Method of preparation:
First of all, peel and wash the Parwal thoroughly. Then cook the parwal properly on the gas stove. After that cook the onion in the same manner. If you want, you can also add garlic after cooking it on fire. Now cut the parwal with a knife and keep it in a mixer jar. Then add onion, radish, chopped coriander leaves, amla or mango pickle, dry chillies fried in oil and salt as per taste. Now put everything in a mixer jar and grind it well. When the paste is well formed, take it out and keep it in a box. Now add a little mustard oil to it and eat it. It will look quite tasty.
