Haryana Nuh Pakistani Spy Gate: Once again a young lawyer has been arrested in Haryana on charges of spying for Pakistan. This is the fourth arrest from Nuh district and apart from this, three people have been arrested from Punjab. Two lawyers practicing in Gurugram have links to Pakistan.
mewatThe Special Investigation Team of the police has made the seventh arrest in the major Pakistani espionage and terror funding case going on in Mewat region of Haryana, Now the arrested accused has been identified as young lawyer Nayub son of Zafaruddin, resident of village Bhangwo of Tawadu sub-division, An SIT official has confirmed this arrest,
According to police sources, Nayub was detained for questioning three days ago. After a long interrogation he was formally arrested. He will soon be produced in the court and taken on police remand. It is alleged that Nayub was a close associate of the main accused in this case and the first arrested young lawyer Rizwan (resident of Kharkhari). Both used to practice together in Gurugram court. Nayub was active in hawala and terror funding transactions with Rizwan and had visited Punjab several times.
It is noteworthy that a total of seven arrests have been made in this case so far, out of which five accused are from Punjab, Jalandhar and Amritsar, while two are lawyers from Mewat. This is the fourth arrest from Mewat this year on charges of Pakistani espionage. Last May 2025, Tarif was arrested from Kangarka village of Tawadu. After this, Arman from Rajaka village of Nagina area, then lawyer Rizwan from Kharkhari was arrested in terror funding and hawala case and now lawyer Nayub from Bhangwo has been arrested. The arrests in the espionage case from Mewat have created a stir in the entire area. Police claim that the investigation is still going on and many more shocking revelations may be made during the remand.

It is noteworthy that in Pakistan’s espionage case, before Haryana, arrests were made from Kaithal, Hisar and Panipat. YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra from Hisar is still in jail in this case. The strings of this entire scandal were connected to Himachal, Haryana and Punjab. The youth was also arrested from Kangra, Himachal.
