In such a situation, this business week can be very special for investors. New investment opportunities are being created for them. The IPO of Excelsoft Technologies and Gallard Steel is going to be launched between 19th and 21st November. Due to which movement can be seen in the stock market.
Excelsoft Technologies IPO
Excelsoft Technologies is a company working on SaaS i.e. Software as a Service model. The company provides technical services related to education and examinations. The company’s IPO will be open from November 19 to November 21. The company has fixed the price band between Rs 114 and Rs 120.
Excelsoft Technologies will try to raise Rs 500 crore through this IPO. Under this, new shares worth Rs 180 crore will be issued and Rs 320 crore will be offered for sale. The company will use the money raised from the IPO to buy new land, construct buildings, strengthen IT systems and meet other business needs.
Gallard Steel IPO
The IPO of Gaillard Steel, a company manufacturing engineered steel castings, will be open from 19 to 21 November. The company will try to raise Rs 37.50 crore through IPO. All the shares of the company will be issued fresh. The company has kept the price band of IPO at Rs 142 to 150.
The company will use this money to expand the manufacturing unit, build new offices and meet general business expenses.
These companies will be listed
A total of seven companies are going to be listed in the stock market between 18th and 21st November. The listing of Physicswala, MV Photovoltaic, Mahamaya Lifesciences and Workmates Core2Cloud is scheduled on November 18. After this, Tenneco Clean Air will hit the market on November 19. Fujiyama Power Systems will be listed on November 20 and Capillary Technologies on November 21.
