Step 2: Wash the gooseberries, cut them into small pieces and grind them finely with half a cup of water in a mixer jar. Now filter this paste with the help of a strainer or muslin cloth. The juice gets removed completely and easily when filtered through a cloth. Grind the remaining pulp again by adding some water and filter it again.
