UPCIDA is going to build a 4.2 km long Transganga City Bridge on the river Ganga, which will cost approximately Rs 799 crore. This bridge will reduce the increasing pressure on Jajmau bridge and will make the Kanpur-Unnao-Lucknow route faster, easier and safer. Construction work will start next month.
