Motorola has launched its new smartphone Moto G Power (2026) in select markets. This phone is the successor of last year’s Moto G Power (2025). Although no major changes have been made in it, some minor upgrades are definitely visible, like new color option, better front camera and stronger display protection. Currently this smartphone has been introduced in America and Canada.
The price of Moto G Power (2026) has been kept at $ 299.99 (approximately ₹ 27,100) in the US, while in Canada it will be available for CAD 449.99 (approximately ₹ 29,550). This phone comes in only one variant, which has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
Storage can be expanded up to 1TB with the help of microSD card. This smartphone will be available in Evening Blue and Pure Cashmere colors. Its sale in both the countries will start from January 8 and it can be purchased from the company’s website, e-commerce platform and offline stores.
Display and performance
Moto G Power (2026) has a 6.8-inch Full HD+ LCD display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate. It also has a high brightness mode, through which the screen brightness can go up to 1,000 nits. To protect the display, it has been provided with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
For performance, the phone has been provided with MediaTek Dimension 6300 processor, which is considered fine for everyday work and multitasking. This phone runs on Android 16.
The camera is also special
Talking about the camera, dual rear camera setup has been given in Moto G Power (2026). It includes a 50MP main camera (with OIS) and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. It has a 32MP front camera for selfie and video calling. Many AI features like auto night vision, portrait mode, auto smile capture and shot optimization have been provided in the camera.
For power, the phone has a large 5,200mAh battery, which supports 30W fast charging and 15W wireless charging. Apart from this, it also has 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, FM radio and side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
It would not be wrong to say that Moto G Power (2026) is a good option for those users who want long battery life, large display and reliable performance.
