Surguja. Mayank, resident of Sitapur in Surguja district of Chhattisgarh and son of forest worker Ramesh Mandvi, has achieved this success on the strength of continuous hard work and strong willpower. He made three attempts during the preparation of CGPSC, did not get success in the first attempt, got selected in the second attempt and became GST Inspector, but his goal was to become Deputy Collector. Continuing his hard work, he finally got the desired success in the third attempt and became Deputy Collector. After the selection, Mayank said in a special conversation with Local 18 that “Where there is a will, there is a way” has been the basic mantra of his success.

Mayank Mandvi, who got second position in ST category, described his success as an important milestone in his life. Talking to Local 18, he said that it feels very good. The position I have reached today is the result of continuous hard work and strong will power. Where there is a will, there is a way. If you keep working honestly towards your goal, you will definitely get success.

His father, Ramesh Mandvi works as a forester in the forest department and is currently posted in Sitapur.
Is CGPSC exam difficult?
Mayank does not agree with the idea of considering the exam as difficult. No exam is difficult. It depends on your hard work. If you study for five-six hours daily, everything seems easy. The beginning will seem challenging, but consistency leads to success.”

Mayank Mandvi said that first of all I will give credit for my success to my parents. Also, teachers, uncles, aunts, aunts and friends always inspired me. It was challenging to find three-four hours in the evening and one hour in the morning during the job, but time management helped.”

Father’s proud happiness and refreshing childhood memories
Expressing pride in his son’s success, Mayank’s father Ramesh Mandvi said that at night the son called and said, ‘Papa, I have become the Deputy Collector.’ At that time I was on elephant duty. Very happy that years of hard work paid off.” Referring to Mayank’s childhood, he said that Mayank was bright in studies since childhood. Had to be sent to school at the age of two and a half years. He was not particularly fond of anything, only studies were his priority.
