Material
Mushroom – 200 grams (sliced)
Green peas – 1 cup
Onion – 2 medium (finely chopped)
Tomato – 2 medium (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Cashews – 10-12 (soak in water and make paste)
Fresh cream – ½ cup
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil or ghee – 2 tbsp
Green Coriander – to garnish
Method of preparation
First of all, heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until it turns golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Now prepare the masala by adding turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder.
Add cashew paste to it and cook for 2-3 minutes so that the gravy becomes creamy.
Now add green peas and mushrooms and cook on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Add fresh cream, add salt and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
Garnish with garam masala and green coriander.

Low-fat milk can be used instead of cream.
Reduce the quantity of cashews and add almond paste, which will provide healthy fats.
If you want, you can also add spinach to it, which will increase nutrition.
