Ingredients for making black gram chutney
Soaked black gram – 50 grams, garlic cloves – three, chopped green chillies three, salt as per taste, coriander – one sprig, dry mango powder – 1/4 teaspoon
How to make black gram chutney
Heat oil in a pan. Now add four cloves of garlic and chilli and fry. After it is lightly roasted, now add soaked black gram in it. Fry for a while, until the gram starts bursting.
Now after this, grind coriander, salt and dry mango powder in a mortar and pestle. After this grind the roasted gram. If gram sticks, add some water and grind it. When the gram is ground well, add a little water to it and mix. Now the delicious gram chutney is ready. You can serve it with rice or roti.
