Ateek Ahmad News: A big news related to mafia Atiq Ahmed has come out. In Prayagraj, a case of alleged illegal plotting of Atiq Ahmed on the land seized under the Gangster Act has come to light. In this case, Dhumanganj police has registered an FIR and started investigation. It is alleged that the board of attachment order was removed and the land was plated and fraud was done in the process of transfer of property.
The special thing here is that the plaintiff in the case is Inspector Rajesh Upadhyay, in-charge of Dhumanganj police station, who reported irregularities during the investigation. In the old case registered under the Gangster Act, 0.8570 hectare land in Nasirpur Silna was attached on the orders of the court in December 2020 under the criminal property of Atiq Ahmed. An attachment order board was put up on this land and Dhumanganj police station in-charge was appointed its custodian.
Illegal plating and board was missing
During the on-site inspection conducted by Dhumanganj police station in-charge Inspector Rajesh Upadhyay, it was found that the attachment order board was missing. It is alleged that illegal plating was done on the land and its registration was also done. Not only this, this illegal plotting was done without getting the map passed from Prayagraj Development Authority.
FIR and investigation action
Dhumanganj police station in-charge Rajesh Upadhyay lodged an FIR in this matter at the airport police station. A woman and two other people have been made accused in the FIR. Keshav Singh, director of Achala Infrastructure Private Limited, resident of Munfordganj, is accused of getting the land registered in favor of the firm in collaboration with Naseerpur Silna, a resident of Khushnuma. This registry was done without legal partition and without amending the name transfer order of Atiq Ahmed.
