Material
Sev (besan) – 1 cup
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Tomato – 2 finely chopped
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 2
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 2 tbsp
Green Coriander – to garnish
Water – 1½ cups
Method of preparation
First of all, heat oil in the pan.
Add onion and fry until golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli and fry for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes and cook until soft.
Now prepare the masala by adding turmeric, red chilli and coriander powder.
Add water to it and let it boil.
When the gravy starts boiling, add sev and immediately turn off the gas.
Garnish with garam masala and green coriander.

Serve hot sev curry with roti, paratha or bajra roti. If you wish, keep pickles and onions along with it.

To make it with less oil, use non-stick pan.
If you want more spiciness then you can increase green chilli and red chilli powder.
If you want, you can increase the flavor by adding curd to the gravy.
