The fourth edition of Happy Street is going to be started by Bokaro Steel Plant management from 14th December 2025. This program is organized every Sunday, in which children, youth and elders all participate with all their enthusiasm.
The program started in the year 2022
Let us tell you that the Happy Street program was started in the year 2022 on the theme of “Active Bokaro, Healthy Bokaro” and this year there are plans to celebrate the program on a more grand scale. In such a situation, CGM of Bokaro Steel Plant T.A. Giving information, Kundan Kumar said that this time many social and cultural organizations will participate in Happy Street.
These will include schools and educational institutions of Bokaro, Bokaro Mahila Samiti, Sangeet Kala Academy, CISF, Rotary Club, Lions Club, Rotary Club of Mid Town Couples, Postal Philately Group, Ex-Servicemen Association and other organizations.
Sports, Medical Test, Food Stall
Apart from cultural activities, fun games, free medical test camps, different food stalls are organized in Happy Street, which the city residents enjoy a lot. At the same time, drawing competition is also organized to increase creativity among children. Happy Street program is organized every Sunday from 7 to 9 am.
Take care of people’s safety also
This time, keeping in mind the safety of the people, both the lanes from Bokaro Mall turn to Gandhi Chowk will be temporarily closed for vehicular traffic every Sunday from 7 am to 10 pm. In such a situation, passengers can easily use LIC Maidan Mod Road from Gandhi Chowk to City Center as an alternative route. This time the Happy Street program will end on January 4, 2026.

Take another route instead, otherwise you will have to return in vain. This time this program will start two days from today and will conclude in the month of January of the new year.
