This fruit can be used in two ways: fresh and dried. Both these methods are equally beneficial for health and hair. Fresh Amla directly provides energy to the body, whereas dried Amla can be stored for a long time, making it useful throughout the year.
Ayurvedic physician Dr. Narendra Kumar told that according to Ayurveda texts, Amla is the most beneficial fruit which balances the three major defects of the body – Vata, Pitta and Kapha. When these three doshas remain balanced, the flow of energy in the body remains normal and the hair roots are miraculously affected. Ayurvedic physician Dr. Narendra Kumar told that Amla can be used in many easy ways. By extracting fresh Amla juice and applying it directly on the head, the hair roots start getting nourishment immediately. Whereas dried Amla powder is very useful for those people, it can be kept for a long time. It is easy to dry Amla and make its powder and it can be added to any hair mask or shampoo. This strengthens the hair and also removes graying of hair.
Apart from this, by making candy, jam or powder of Amla, it can be consumed throughout the year, due to which it provides nutrition to the hair as well as the body.
