After two consecutive days of decline in the beginning of November, now gold prices have increased again. On November 6, gold became costlier by Rs 410 per 10 grams in Lucknow, the capital of UP.
At the same time, a rise in gold prices was also recorded in Varanasi and Meerut. Talking about silver, as soon as the market opened on Thursday morning, its price saw a jump of Rs 1000 per kg.
24 carat gold rose by Rs 430 in Varanasi
On November 6, the price of 24 carat gold increased by Rs 430 per 10 grams in the bullion market of Varanasi. Now its price has reached Rs 1,22,060 per 10 grams, whereas on November 5 it was Rs 1,21,630 per 10 grams. In the capital Lucknow too today gold rose by Rs 410 per 10 grams and reached Rs 1,22,020 per 10 grams. In Meerut, the price of 24 carat gold was recorded at Rs 1,22,030 per 10 grams.
Price of 22 carat and 18 carat gold increased
In the bullion market of Varanasi on Thursday, the price of 22 carat gold increased by Rs 300 per 10 grams, taking its price to Rs 1,11,900 per 10 grams. Earlier this price was Rs 1,11,600 per 10 grams. At the same time, 18 carat gold also became costlier by Rs 290 per 10 grams and reached Rs 91,550 per 10 grams.
Increase of Rs 1000 in silver
There has also been a rise in the price of silver in the bullion market. As soon as the market opened on Thursday, silver became costlier by Rs 1000 per kg and reached Rs 1,51,500 per kg. Earlier, on November 4, its price was Rs 1,50,500 per kg.
There will be ups and downs in the wedding season
Varanasi Bullion Association President Santosh Kumar Aggarwal said that the price of gold and silver is currently fluctuating. He said that a similar period of rise and fall may be seen in the market in the coming few days.
