In fact, the poisonous gas created by mixing two cleaning chemicals stopped his breathing within a few seconds. Fortunately his condition is fine now. According to media reports, a woman living in Indirapuram had guests coming to her house, so in an attempt to clean quickly, she mixed two different cleaning chemicals, toilet cleaner and bleal, together.
As soon as the two chemicals mixed together, pungent and poisonous gas spread in the bathroom. Within a few seconds, the woman started having difficulty breathing, chest tightness increased and darkness appeared before her eyes. Immediately after this, she became unconscious and fell in the bathroom. The family immediately took him to Yashoda Medicity, where he was admitted to the ICU.
Later the doctors said that the woman’s condition is now stable and there is no need for danger. He has been discharged from the hospital. It was told from the hospital that now the woman’s condition is normal and there is no need for danger. Dr. RK Gupta of MMG Hospital said,
Always use cleaning products at staggered times and with ventilation. Don’t become a chemical expert at home. Advisory will be issued for this. Efforts will be made to make as many people as possible aware about this.
Not only this, pulmonologist and senior consultant Dr. Ankit Bhatia told that mixing two chemicals for faster cleaning is very dangerous. He told that when toilet cleaner and bleach are mixed, such a poisonous gas is formed, which can damage the lungs in a few minutes. When the bottle of toilet cleaner was ordered in the hospital, a clear warning was written on it that do not mix it with any other cleaner or chemical.
