Una News: Law and order is under question in Una district of Himachal Pradesh. Cases of illegal mining and murder are continuously coming to light here. The administration is in full swing. Deputy CM Mukesh Agnihotri has also broken his silence on this and has ordered DC to take strict action.

Himachal Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri inaugurated the 36 meter span ‘bow-string RCC’ structure built at a cost of Rs 4 crore at Haroli Khad in Una district. ‘Beam bridge’ was inaugurated on Tuesday. This bridge, completed in less than a year, will make the movement of local people and vehicles safer and easier during rainy days. During this, Haroli MLA and Deputy CM Mukesh told the DC in Punjabi that if anyone disturbs the peace, then rub him and put him inside. There should be a change within a week.
While addressing the gathering, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri gave clear instructions from the stage itself to DC Una Jatin Lal to completely destroy the gun culture growing in the district. He said that the peace-loving people of Una want to live in an environment of peace and brotherhood, hence the administration should have no hesitation in taking the strictest steps.
While addressing the public, Mukesh Agnihotri said that decisive development is taking place in Haroli Vis. In Haroli Vis, 8 bridges are being constructed at a cost of Rs 126 crore and construction work of 10 roads is going on at a cost of Rs 85 crore. The Deputy Chief Minister said that our politics is based on development, welfare and service to the poor.
Law and order situation bad in Una
Regarding the increasing criminal activities in the district for some time, the Deputy Chief Minister gave clear instructions to DC Una from the stage itself to take strict action against gun culture in the district. He said that the peace-loving people of Una want to live in an environment of peace and brotherhood, hence the administration should have no hesitation in taking the strictest steps. He said that people demanding ransom, involved in incidents like firing and other criminal elements are not acceptable in any civilized society. To further strengthen the system, the Deputy Chief Minister also gave orders to ensure concrete changes in the district within a week. He said that to strengthen the surveillance system, CCTV cameras are being installed in the entire district including Haroli, so that the accused of any kind of crime can be immediately identified and effective action can be taken.

Murder and shooting in Una
Recently Youth Congress leader Ashu Puri was murdered in Una district. Similarly, cases of illegal mining and firing are continuously coming to light in the district. Now liquor vends will not open in the district after 10 pm. Besides, all gun owners have been ordered to surrender their weapons.
