It can be successfully cultivated in the hot climate area of Bastar. The vine is planted at a distance of two-three meters. It slowly spreads on the wire and starts bearing fruits in 6 months. After this it gives production continuously for three-four years. If a farmer does farming in the beginning, it can cost him Rs 1 to 1.5 lakh.
This much profit will be made in a year
At the same time, the market price keeps going up and down, but you can earn a profit of about Rs 6-7 lakh per year. In such a land where water does not stagnate, the soil should be pulverized by plowing two-three times by running a rotavator. After this the bed should be made and drip should be applied. The distance from plant to plant should be kept at three meters. When the plant grows, a pole and wire is installed to climb the vine. Cow dung manure should be added to it.
