Benefits of the Agnishika Plant: Often the unwanted plants growing around houses and fields are not useless, rather they sometimes work as medicine. One such plant is Agnishikha which is called fire lily or flame lily. Its scientific name is Gloriosa superba. For use, its tuber is ground and a paste is made and applied on the affected area, which reduces pain and the effects of poison.
