Anurag Dwivedi ED Raid News: Unnao district’s social media star and famous YouTuber Anurag Dwivedi (25) is on the radar of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with illegal online betting and gambling. ED has taken major action against Anurag Dwivedi’s hideouts. ED searched his 10 premises and seized Lamborghini, BMW, Mercedes, Fortuner and Thar. The price of these luxury cars is said to be more than Rs 10 crore.

Cash amount and documents: About Rs 20 lakh in cash and important digital documents seized. The seized documents revealed details of real estate investments made by Anurag Dwivedi in Dubai through Hawala channels.
Asset Freeze: Anurag’s movable and immovable assets worth Rs 3 crore frozen under PMLA 2002. This includes insurance policies, FD balance, bank accounts.
Bank accounts also seized
ED has seized not only Anurag Dwivedi but all the bank accounts of his family members. Now no one will be able to do transactions from these accounts. At the same time, ED is also extracting information about the transactions done through these scams. Actually, ED wants to find out how Anurag Dwivedi, who has reached the heights of fame in just a few years, has acquired this wealth and what is the basis of it?
FIR of Bengal Police…Online betting network exposed
ED took this action against YouTuber Anurag Dwivedi on the basis of the FIR of West Bengal Police. Actually, in the FIR there were allegations against some people of running illegal online betting. Investigation revealed that the accused named Sonu Kumar Thakur and Vishal Bhardwaj were running an online betting panel from Siliguri. They were using Mule Bank accounts, Telegram channels and other digital platforms for online betting and gambling activities.
Real estate investment disclosure in Dubai
ED investigation revealed that Anurag Dwivedi, a social media influencer and YouTuber, not only promoted the illegal online betting platform but played an active and important role. The investigation also revealed that Anurag Dwivedi used the earnings from illegal online betting through hawala channels and Mule account to invest in real estate in Dubai.
Anurag Dwivedi bought properties in Dubai
Investigation also revealed that Anurag Dwivedi had purchased immovable properties outside India, especially in Dubai, using POC obtained through promotion and facilitation of illegal betting websites. ED has so far arrested 3 people in this case. Also, assets worth Rs 23.7 crore have already been frozen/attached in this case. For this reason Anurag Dwivedi is leaving India and living in Dubai. Many summons have been sent to him till now, but he has not appeared before the ED.
