To earn more income from mushrooms, farmers should do value addition. After cleaning and drying the mushrooms, grinding them and making pickles with powder or spices is a very easy process. Its biggest advantage is that while fresh mushrooms spoil in 1-2 days, these products remain safe for months. With this, farmers are saved from the compulsion of selling their crops at throwaway prices.
