Siddharthnagar: The Chief Judicial Magistrate has imposed 2 years and 4 months imprisonment and a fine of Rs 10,000 on a Bangladeshi citizen living without valid documents in Siddharthnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. A case under 14B Foreigners Act was registered against the accused in Mohana police station. The arrested accused has been identified as Sukant Devnath, son of Rubin Devnath, resident of Jasaur district, Bangladesh. Chief Judicial Magistrate Anubhav Katihar has sentenced. The incident took place in Mohana police station area.
