Sesame-Peanut Special Chutney
Take roasted sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, 4-5 garlic cloves, 2 dry red chillies, salt, jaggery and some water. Mix all the ingredients and grind them to make a thick paste. This chutney not only warms the body but also enhances the taste of methi or gobi parathas.
Ginger-Jaggery Sweet-Spicy Chutney
Dissolve jaggery in some water, lightly fry grated ginger, add jaggery solution and remaining spices to it and cook for 5-7 minutes. This chutney is also beneficial for the throat in winter.
Roasted Tomato-Garlic Chutney
Take roasted tomatoes, 8-10 roasted garlic cloves, 2 green chillies, 1 spoon mustard oil, salt and a little jaggery. Fry tomatoes and garlic and grind them with other ingredients, this chutney is very popular with Punjabi style parathas.
Amla sweet and sour chutney
