It is very easy to make delicious and nutrition-rich chutneys to eat with parathas in the kitchen of Indian homes during winter. These chutneys made from ingredients like garlic, ginger, green chilli, tomato, radish, amla and roasted sesame-peanuts further enhance the taste of parathas. Some chutneys also provide warmth to the throat and are helpful in protecting from cold and cough. These are simple to make, and it also eliminates the need to prepare separate vegetables for each paratha.

As soon as winter arrives, the aroma of seasonal parathas like fenugreek, cabbage, radish starts spreading in the kitchens of Indian homes. Often they are eaten with curd or pickle, but if you want to experience something different and amazing taste, then here are 6 easy and delicious chutneys. These chutneys are so tasty that there will be no need to prepare separate vegetables for the parathas.

Garlic Red Chutney: Grind Garlic, Red Chilli, Ginger And Cumin Coarsely In A Mixer. Then Prepare Chutney By Adding Salt, Lemon Juice And Mustard Oil To It. This Chutney Tastes Very Tasty With Potato-Cabbage Paratha.

Green Coriander And Radish Chutney: Put All The Ingredients In A Mixer And Grind Them Smoothly. The Mild Spiciness Of Radish And Freshness Of Coriander Makes The Taste Of This Chutney Unique.

Put fresh coriander, grated radish, 2-3 green chillies, ginger, roasted cumin powder, juice of 1 lemon and salt in a mixer and grind them smoothly. The mild spiciness of radish and freshness of coriander makes the taste of this chutney unique.

Sesame-Peanut Special Chutney: Roasted Sesame Seeds, Roasted Peanuts, 4-5 Garlic Cloves, 2 Dry Red Chillies, Salt, Jaggery, Some Water. Mix All The Ingredients And Grind Them To Make A Thick Paste. This Chutney Not Only Provides Warmth To The Body But Also Enhances The Taste Of Fenugreek Or Cabbage Paratha.

Sesame-Peanut Special Chutney
Take roasted sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, 4-5 garlic cloves, 2 dry red chillies, salt, jaggery and some water. Mix all the ingredients and grind them to make a thick paste. This chutney not only warms the body but also enhances the taste of methi or gobi parathas.

Ginger-Jaggery Sweet-Spicy Chutney: Dissolve Jaggery In Some Water. Lightly Fry The Grated Ginger, Add Jaggery Solution And Other Spices To It And Cook For 5-7 Minutes. This Chutney Is Also Beneficial For The Throat In Winter.

Tomato-Garlic Roasted Chutney: Roasted Tomatoes, 8-10 Roasted Garlic Cloves, 2 Green Chillies, 1 Teaspoon Mustard Oil, Salt, A Little Jaggery. Fry The Tomatoes And Garlic And Grind Them With The Rest Of The Ingredients. This Chutney Is Very Popular With Punjabi Style Parathas.

Roasted Tomato-Garlic Chutney
Take roasted tomatoes, 8-10 roasted garlic cloves, 2 green chillies, 1 spoon mustard oil, salt and a little jaggery. Fry tomatoes and garlic and grind them with other ingredients, this chutney is very popular with Punjabi style parathas.

Sweet And Sour Chutney Of Amla: Boil Amla And Take Out The Pulp, Add Green Coriander, Green Chilli, 1 Tablespoon Roasted Cumin And Black Salt. Now Prepare The Chutney By Grinding All The Things Together. Rich In Vitamin C, This Chutney Is Also Helpful In Protecting From Cold And Cough.

Boil gooseberries and take out the pulp, take green coriander, green chilli, 1 tablespoon roasted cumin and black salt. Now prepare chutney by grinding all the things together, this chutney rich in Vitamin C is also helpful in protecting from cold and cough.
