Adani Enterprises Revenue: Adani Enterprises Limited (AEL), the flagship company of Adani Group, has released the financial results for the first half of the financial year 2025-26 (H1 FY26). The company recorded revenue of Rs 44,281 crore and EBITDA of Rs 7,688 crore during this period. Excluding exceptional gains of Rs 3,583 crore, the company’s profit before tax (PBT) stood at Rs 2,281 crore.
Airport business showed strong performance
The airport segment emerged as the major growth engine for the company. Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL)’s EBITDA grew 51% year-on-year to Rs 2,157 crore. This business has now reached a run rate of over Rs 1,000 crore per quarter, reflecting the strong position of the Group’s transport and logistics ecosystem.
Navi Mumbai Airport and new projects
Adani Enterprises inaugurated the greenfield Navi Mumbai International Airport on 8 October. The airport will begin commercial operations in the third quarter of FY26. The company also received Provisional Completion Certificate (PCOD) for the Nanasa-Pidgaon Road Project. It became the 7th operational road asset of the company.
In the infrastructure and energy segment, the company won orders worth Rs 19,982 crore for three road projects and two water projects. Additionally, AdaniConnex has partnered with Google to develop India’s largest AI data center campus in Visakhapatnam.

Adani New Industries’ big leap in green energy
Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL) – AEL’s green hydrogen and renewable energy unit performed brilliantly. The company’s module sales registered a growth of 43% year-on-year and this per quarter. Reaching the rate of GW. The company is completing the construction of additional cell and module manufacturing capacity of 6 GW on time. ANIL also received ‘Gold Award’ in Apex India Safety Awards 2025.
Adani Water Limited (AWL) received Letter of Award (LoA) for two new water projects namely Brahmani Barrage and Mor Sagar Artificial Reservoir. Meanwhile, Adani Road Transport Limited (ARTL) got LoA for three new projects – including a 12.9 km ropeway project between Kedarnath-Sonprayag and two highway projects in Bihar.
Meanwhile, Mumbai Airport received the ‘Best Airport for Digitisation’ award at the India Cargo Awards 2025. 7 new routes, 8 new flights and 1 new airline were added in this quarter. Adani Enterprises has also received the title of ‘Great Indian ESG Organization of the Year 2025’.
