Bathua Paratha Recipe: To make Bathua Paratha, mix fresh bathua, wheat flour, green chillies, ginger, celery and spices, roll it, bake it on the pan and serve it with curd or pickle. After eating this, even relatives will praise you.
If you are also going to make Bathua Paratha, then first take fresh green Bathua. Separate its stems and wash the leaves 2-3 times with clean water, so that all the soil and dirt is removed. After this, chop Bathua finely.
Boil the chopped Bathua lightly or steam it. When the bathua becomes soft, cool it and squeeze it well. This removes excess water and the paratha does not break while rolling.
Now take wheat flour in a bowl. Add boiled bathua, salt as per taste, green chilli, grated ginger, celery and a little red chilli powder. Add water as per requirement and knead soft dough.

If you also want soft and tasty paratha, then after kneading the dough, keep it covered for 10 minutes. Then make medium sized balls of the dough. Keep in mind that these balls should not dry out. Otherwise there may be difficulty in rolling.
Apply some dry flour on each ball and roll it into a round paratha with the help of a rolling pin. Keep in mind that the paratha should neither be too thick nor too thin. If it is too thin, the taste of the paratha may reduce. All you have to do is make medium paratha.
Put paratha on hot pan. Once cooked on one side, turn it over and apply ghee or oil on top. Bake well until golden on both sides. Take care not to burn the paratha while baking. Paratha will get spoiled if it burns.
Hot Bathua Paratha is ready. If you also want to make it more delicious, then serve it with curd, butter or homemade pickle. It will taste very tasty to eat. Everyone will praise you after eating this.
