Ingredients: Sumitra Maurya told that it is very easy to make Sukhdi of this gum. To make it, 1 cup wheat flour, 2 small bowls of jaggery, half a small bowl of gum, 1 small bowl of coconut shavings, 1 small bowl of cashew-almonds, 2 spoons of dry ginger powder, 2 spoons of musli root powder and 1 cup of ghee are required. All these ingredients are easily available at home or in the local market.

Method to make Gond Ki Sukhdi: To make it, first heat ghee in a pan and fry chopped cashews and almonds and take them out in a plate. Now in the same pan, roast gum till it turns pink and grind it coarsely. Put ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and fry till it becomes light golden. Now put ghee in a separate pan and add jaggery. Cook until the jaggery melts. After this, add the flour mixture to the melted jaggery and turn off the gas. Now add gum, musli root powder, dry ginger powder and cashew almonds and mix the mixture. Now take it out in a plate greased with ghee and cut it into desired shapes, Gond Sukhdi is ready.
