Moradabad News: FIR has been registered against mother and son in Moradabad district for tampering with SIR. Both of them are accused of trying to get voter ID cards made from two places. The misdeeds of mother and son were caught during form checking.
Moradabad: The process of SIR is going on in entire Uttar Pradesh. Meanwhile, people making irregularities in SIR are also being found from different districts. In this connection, an FIR has been registered against mother and son in Moradabad district for tampering with SIR. Both of them are accused of trying to get voter ID cards made from two places. The misdeeds of mother and son were caught during form checking. Supervisor Rajiv Prakash has filed a case.
Mother’s two voter cards
According to the information received, Amina Bano is a voter in part number 378 Municipal Corporation office room number 3. At the same booth, Amina Bano’s second vote was also made in the name of Shamim Jahan. Counting forms were again filled from both the places in the names of Amina Bano and Shamim Jahan. The same Aadhaar card number was used for both the forms.
Same Aadhaar card in two different forms
The matter has come to light due to the use of the same basis. The same photo was also used in both the forms. In the form filled in the name of Amina Bano, husband Aftab ID was mentioned. Mother Munni’s ID was used in the form filled in the name of Shamim Jahan. These forms were filled by the woman’s son Raees. A case has been registered under Section 31 of the Representation of the People Act. A case has been registered in Sadar Kotwali.
Supervisor filed a case
It is being told that both the calculation forms were filled by Shamim Jahan’s son Raees, which were later also presented for mapping. After the matter came to light, a case has been registered against Shamim Jahan and his son Raees under Section 31 of the RP Act. This case has been filed by Rajiv Prakash, supervisor of booth number 171 to 180 in Moradabad Rural Assembly Constituency-27. According to Supervisor Rajiv Prakash, a voter named Amina Bano is registered in Part No. 378, Municipal Corporation Office Room No. 3.
