To make this, we will need wheat flour, finely chopped spinach, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, cumin, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and oil for frying the puri. All these things will have to be collected according to taste and quantity.
To make this, first of all mix millet flour, wheat flour, spinach, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, cumin and all the spices well in a big vessel. Now knead the dough with the help of light water. During this, keep in mind that the dough should not become too soft.
After the dough is ready, cover it and leave it for 10 minutes. After this, make small balls as per your taste and requirement and roll them like normal puri. Now fry the puri in hot oil in a pan until it turns golden. In this way your tasty and healthy winter puri is ready.
